Hi all, the first senior tournament of the new season, The Curragh Open, is now open for online entry via the TournamentSoftware website.
It takes place 20th/22nd September in Curragh Squash Club.

The annual Sandycove Masters Open takes place again this year from 23rd – 28th September in Sandycove Squash Club, and is open to all Div2-standard players.
Everyone will get a few matches, as well as a chance to socialise with fellow players before the new season starts. Contact Liam for more info and entry on 086 3988069.

Irish Squash are running another WSF Level 1 Coaching course this month in Dublin. All details are on their website. It’s a four-day course including an assessment, and will be led by Elvy De Costa. It’s open to everyone, and is definitely recommended to players and potential coaches.

Following the WSO Level 1 Refereeing course run by Irish Squash recently, we now have four newly qualified referees in the Leinster. Congratulations to

There will be another course run soon so if you’re interested in getting an official qualification or just to get a better understanding of the rules, please follow the link on the Irish Squash website. The instructor-led course is followed by an online exam, and would benefit all players regardless of standard and experience.

Week 2: 6th – 9th August
Week 3: 12th – 16th August

Good luck to our Leinster players this weekend, who have been selected to represent Ireland in the 5 Nations competition.
Aaron Cullen (BU13), Isabelle Kelly (GU13)
Denis Gilevskiy (BU15), Dylan Moran (BU15), Jack O’Flynn (Bu15), Sean Murphy (BU15), Maria Protsepova (GU15)
These players will represent their country against the best players in England, France, Scotland and Wales. The competition takes place in Sutton LTC, on 5th-7th April, and everyone is welcome to come support, to watch them compete for the 5-Nations title #teamleinster
